    Rebuild The Early Scrap Loop
    • Use T to re-equip your default Repair Tool if it is missing, then use LMB HOLD on scrapable objects when dismantling tools are available.
    • Prioritize early unlocks like Electric Cable, Lumilite, and the Dismantle Tool so your boat can start generating power and processing scraps.
    • Use E on stations and objective prompts as you move between dismantling, recycling, and crafting.
    Reset Boat And Cable Handling
    • At the helm, use W and S for throttle changes, and A / D to steer with small corrections.
    • Press Space while piloting to drop or raise anchor before drifting past docks or platforms.
    • When a cable setup behaves oddly, look at the cable connection and press F to change power flow, then use G to inspect the equipped weapon if you need to confirm the attachment.
